Compound steel grating
Compound steel grating is product which combines grating of certain loading ability with checkered plate. After hot dip galvanized, the compound steel grating plate will warp and distort because of the heat, espacially the great model steel grating plate, difficult to smooth; please note the shaping.
The compound steel grating plate commonly takes series 3 steel grating plate as base part, also can use series 1 or series 2 steel grating plate. It usually uses 3mm checkered plate, also can uses 4mm, 5mm, 6mm as cover.
Composite steel grid grating is composed by steel grid grating of certain load-bearing and checkered plates.
Compound steel gratings may deform going through the hot dipped zinc coating process. So, heavy type steel bar with big gauge is normally chosen in making composite steel grid gratings.

The specification of compound steel grating:
1) Bearing bar specification: 20*3 to 100*6
2) Bearing bar pitch: 12.5, 15, 25, 30, 40, 60mm etc. also be according to clients requirement and 30, 40, 60 mm are recommended
3) Cross bar picth: 38, 50, 76, 100mm, also be according to clients requirement and 50,100mm are recommended.
4) The thickness of checkered plates: 3mm, 4mm, 5mm or 6mm.
5) The Maximun length of black panel is 7350mm.

6) Materials: mild steel or stainless steel.
